The modern Welsh Country House cuisine is prepared by two Ballymaloe trained chefs using only the finest and freshest of locally sourced seasonal ingredients. A set menu, that changes daily, is served from 7pm offering four course gourmet evening dinners plus canapés and coffee or tea with petit fours. Groups of two to ten non-residents can make a table reservation, depending on availability.
